Aileen graduated from a joint program between China Agricultural University and Oklahoma State University. She earned Bachelor of Management in Agricultural and Forestry Economic Management and Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, with minor in economics. She conducted some research on regional economic development in China, as well as internships in investment and Financial Engineering Research. From these experiences, she discovered her interest in working in data analysis.
